Guests must notify reception at check-in if they would like to use the shuttle service.
Shuttle Drop-Off (To CareFlight Hangar):
– Please arrive by 5:20 PM, where a hotel team member will collect your room number and confirm your attendance.
Shuttle Pick-Up (Return to hotel): Scheduled for 11:15 PM from the CareFlight Hangar driveway
– Please wait at the same spot where you were dropped off.
